We currently ship to:

The 48 contiguous United States

We do not ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
APO/FPO addresses
P.O. Boxes

2. Free Shipping & No Sales Tax

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

We do not charge sales tax on orders at checkout.

The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. Estimated timelines will be indicated on the product page.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 7–15 business days after shipment
Oversized or heavy fixtures may require additional transit time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or seasonal volume.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

6. Shipping Damage or Issues

If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
