Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at info@fovolighting.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Return Process

To start a return:

  • Email us at info@fovolighting.com.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for return authorization and return instructions.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Note: A valid RMA number must be requested via email before shipping.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

For items purchased with 'Free Shipping', the actual outbound shipping costs incurred by FovoLighting will be deducted from your final refund amount if the return is not due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
For cancellations requested more than 24 hours after purchase, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
For cancellations requested more than 48 hours after purchase, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
