How to Request a Custom Order
To request customization:

  • Email info@fovolighting.com
  • Include the product name or link
  • Provide detailed specifications (size, finish, quantity, etc.)
  • Our team will confirm availability and provide an estimated production timeline.

Custom orders are not processed until confirmation is provided.

Production & Processing Time
Custom or modified items require additional preparation time.

  • Estimated production time typically ranges from 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the request.
  • Delivery timelines will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Pricing
Customized products may involve additional costs depending on:

  • Material changes
  • Size adjustments
  • Structural modifications

Final pricing will be provided and confirmed before payment.

Returns & Cancellations for Custom Orders
Please note:

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started.
  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of payment if production has not begun.
  • Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to material characteristics and manufacturing processes.

Installation Responsibility
Many customized fixtures require professional installation.
We recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure proper and safe installation.
